Founder and Customer Service Lead
Brian lives in Rowlett and got into foundation repair after helping friends and neighbors make sense of cracked brick and conflicting repair estimates. He believes homeowners deserve clear measurements and an honest discussion of their options before deciding anything.
Carla Mendez
Scheduling and Estimates Coordinator
Carla grew up in Garland and runs the office side of the business. She gathers the details on each call, sets up inspection visits and makes sure every homeowner knows what happens next.
Josh Pruitt
Foundation Repair Field Lead
Josh leads the crews on site and takes a particular interest in how soil moisture, drainage and slab movement affect each other. On weekends he is usually out on Lake Ray Hubbard with a fishing rod.
How We Work Together
We start by listening to what you have noticed and asking when the cracks or sticking doors first appeared. Next we arrange an inspection, measure the floor elevation, and then explain our findings, the proposed repair, the method, the expected cost and any limits on what the repair can achieve. We keep you informed throughout. If weather affects the schedule, the work uncovers something unexpected or the scope needs to change, we talk with you before any additional work is approved.
